🔁 Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Please note: Certain items like innerwear, sale/discounted products, or personalized items are not eligible for return.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original method of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchange

• If you want to exchange an item (due to size or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
